I too am very disappointed in the box I received!! My box only included 8 items not the stated 12! I also did not receive a flag and have no idea what country the snacks even come from! Definitely not worth 46.00 bucks!!
As a foodie, lover of travel, and someone that likes to spend my money with businesses or people that I respect/like, this subscription box hit ALL markers! I just received my box and I am so happy with it but I will go into further detail:
I had a very bad experience with my first subscription with a different seller (beauty/skin care box) from CrateJoy. Therefore with Snack Voyage, I was cautious so I did my home work on them. I checked them out on social media, read their reviews on other platforms, watched unboxing videos from customers, and reached out to them directly. There is even an adorable news article written about the Mother-Daughter team that owns and operates Snack Voyage that I also got to read. Let’s just say that I did my homework…
So, after seeing their stellar reviews on other platforms (which now I totally understand why they are so well liked), what is included in their boxes (YUMMY and very FUN), the extras (informative and cute), and especially their AMAZING customer service (very warm, professional, and they really care about their customers), I ordered a single box just to try out at first.
I was so impressed with their attention to detail, professionalism, great value, variety of snacks, how they theme their boxes, shipping (faster than expected), and value - I signed up for a year. I also added their drink plan which was super cool! For a small add on price you can include...
