Important question to ask!
Women’s socks will fit US women’s shoe size 5-10 (23-25 cm) (Sock Size 9-11).
If you’re in that range, the socks we send you will fit well. However, if you are larger or smaller - just let us know and we will adjust the sizing accordingly.
Additionally, the socks have a high cotton content (80%-85%) so best if washed in cold water to avoid shrinkage.

There are two ways to update you subsctiption.
1) Just send us an email with your request and we will make the update for you. I think this is easiest.
2) You can access your account via Cratejoy and make the change yourself.

The adult subscription come with the option for 1 or 2 pairs each month. Just socks, but they are really amazing. High quality cotton (80-85%) and are original designs created by the Sock Panda (totally unique)
Tween Socks (shoe size 2-5) come with 2 pairs each month.
Kids socks (ages 3-7) also come with two pairs of socks each month, but we do add some extra items. Brainteasers, puzzles, stickers, toys . . etc.
We also are here to make sure you are happy. We do our own fulfillment and customer service. We can go the extra mile to create smiles!

Hi Jody - You can add a note and let us know if you prefer more traditionally gender specific options. We will easily accommodate.
In fact - we are pretty flexible - just let us know what you may need and we most likely can do it.

My Crate Joy account showed them as shipped but when a long time passed i contacted them. They said sorry they were not shipped will send them right to you. When i got the package it contained only one pair ,my order was for two. Had to reach out again for the other pair. Received the second pair today , with no tag or packaging. First pair had a tag & had Sock Panda name on the toe second pair did not. Also not sure they checked the subscription order for gender info as second pair seemed more for a man. UPDATE: Great customer service will keep subscribing. They show support for their customers!!
I am sorry you were not happy with our first shipment. We did make a very rare error with our shipping and tried to remedy that as soon as possible.
Mistakes are not common with us since we do all our own fulfillment and customer service. We always try to make it right. Unhappy customers is also not common.
I will send some more replacements today to try and help remedy your disappointment.

Your account creation date is on the edge of our holiday sends so the the December theme was missed.
Also, I should point out that we are hesitant to send Christmas themes to all are customers since many of them do not celebrate Christmas. We do have socks in that style though.

Shipping (to Canada) 1/5
It took 105 days from when I placed my order to when socks were delivered. Seller shipped three times, as first two never arrived. The third was sent with tracking and made it!!
The socks themselves are very cute and good quality
As much as we liked the socks, we will wait until shipping to Canada is working better before renewing.
Customer service is very good.
I think the packages I sent you entered the twilight zone of shipping! I will send you another package with our next shipment.

What a terrible review you gave us. I understand your frustration, but we are doing everything we can to get the socks delivered.
We sent the package to the shipping address on file twice now, but for some reason the package isn't getting delivered to the recipient in Canada. We've certainly noticed an uptick in missing packages crossing the border the last couple of months.
I wish I knew there was a problem with the second shipment earlier so I could have fixed this already.

I signed up for this box on September 13th. It is now October 25th and not only have I not received my first shipment but I've been charged for a second on October 13th. I received an email on October 18th that it is on it's way but when I attempt to track the package it hasn't even been picked up by USPS. I reached out to the seller either the end of September or the beginning of October with no response. I'm entirely disappointed and if this can't be rectified by the end of this month I'm cancelling this subscription.
Funny enough, my shipment arrived on 10/31/19. And instead of just 1 order, 2 were in the shipment so it's safe to say I at least received what I paid for. As for the socks I received, I like them. Not in love with anything yet but I think I can give this subscription at least another 4 months and revisit whether it's worth it to continue or not.
I would like to send you a free package during these difficult times as way to to make up for any trouble you had with our service in the past.
