The products may be cute, who knows since I paid for my subscription on May 1st and have received nothing, but the service is terrible. When I signed up, I was told that I would get the May box since my order came in before the 15th. When June came and there was no update, I emailed. I was then told that “Whoops! I signed up under the old terms but now it changed.”
So my May order was for the June box that would go out the 15th of the month. June 15th: no update. Emailed again. I would start shipping the week of the 15th, be patient please. They didn’t actually ship it til 6/20 but the shipper didn’t receive it til 6/25. So the last update is that on June 27th, my box was processed at the export facility. No update since to see if it is actually in transit. I understand that international shipping takes a while but Ive shipped to and from India in 2 weeks for less hassle. And this isn’t free shipping like every other subscription box. No I paid $10 for this top quality service.
So the box I paid for May 1st for the Month of June won’t arrive til the middle to end of July. When my credit card expired, I did not update this account. Not worth it. Wouldn’t you know they were quick to tell me...
I have received this box 3 months now and every month has been late but last month was horrible I didn't receive June's box until July 09 it doesn't seem fair that they charge you for a new box before the first one arrives. Dont get me wrong the craft supplies are ok but I'm not sure Its worth the wait if july's box cones in the middle of august I will cancel my order. They say it was gonna ship on the 15th but it didn't ship til the 19th and then sat until the 26th for the carrier to pick it up so by the time I got mine everyone was already posting what they had got so it ruined my surprise.
Please note that I have been charged three times and have yet to recieve a single box. I see that a box has now shipped (still havent recieved) so My Expectation is, I will either recieve a refund for the two boxes I didnt recieve or two additional boxes in the future even though I am cancelling my subscription. Please contact me and let me know how you will finalize my account. Im disappointed, I was looking forward to your product.
They have a website and a bunch of social media to keep track and get more info on your package. Totally worth the price. Takes a long time to arrive from Singapore, but everything is so well packaged and thought out. Great job!
I love crafting and trying new things! I'm addicted to this box! It's so fun and comes with everything you need! I even have my daughters hooked as well!!
The products are really cute. I get mine in a reasonable time. They do ship from Singapore so some transit delays are inevitable. I've never had a problem with a shipment being extremely late, The product is worth the money spent. There are tons of project ideas on youtube.
We pay a lot of money each month. May’s sub scription box was so late that they tried renaming it “June’s “box to “” reflect when the box actually arrived.”
Now there’s no make up box. But we’ve all paid for it and I’m pretty sure we’re not getting a make up box.
No one realizes we’ve gotten screwed.
I subscribe to the premium elves box,. And though I’ve only been a subscriber for a few months, am very satisfied. My only issue with them is that their store runs out of products pretty often (which tells me that many others love them too) When this is available here or from their website, you should try them. I get resin, molds, bezels, colorants, embellishments, and instructions telling how to make several projects in each box. Very much worth the money.
I had trouble signing up for the box. I accidentally signed up twice. They took payment for 2 boxes and I never received them. They took a 3rd payment and still no box. When I contacted them they finally sent a box out but to the wrong state when clearly the correct state and zip was on my account. I really wanted to try this box. I cancelled since 3 payments where made an no merchandise was received. I'm out $104.85.
