I received a 6 month subscription as a Christmas gift from my youngest. She could not have chosen a better gift. I love trying different cuisines and this took me on a trip around the world. One thing I especially appreciated was that each recipe came with a vegetarian option. I cook for 2 and we both enjoyed most of the meals. I still have enough hard to find spices left to repeat the recipes that we especially enjoyed.
You do not need advanced cooking skills to successfully prepare these easy to follow recipes. You don't need hard to find supplies. I live in rural Missouri and all the ingredients (not including the spices) were easily procured from my local Kroger - even the ground lamb!
