Q: I received this for my birthday. How do I change the shipping address for my first box?Asked by Denise Z., June 2020
Q: I purchased this as a birthday gift, and it was meant to be sent out the first week of December but I still see that "package is being prepared". When am i expected to see this shipped?Asked by Dylan D., December 2020
Hello Dylan,
Thanks so much for contacting us.
Your first SpiceBreeze box was shipped as ordered in the first week of December.
Usually, we send a shipping notification when the monthly box is shipped. For this month, we will send the shipping notifications on December 25th because the emails to gift recipients go automatically out on the same day of the first shipping notification and we don't want to spoil the surprise for the holidays.
Please let us know if there is anything else that we can help you with.
Happy holidays,
Your SpiceBreeze team

Q: Hello, I ordered this for my parents for Christmas and they still haven't received their first shipment yet even though shipment 2 is being prepared. When can I expect the first shipment to arrive?Asked by Scott M., January 2021
Hello Scott,
Thank you for contacting us. Your first SpiceBreeze gift was shipped as ordered the week before Christmas. Due to COVID-19, shipping to Canada can take one to four weeks. Of course, we will send you a new December menu and hope that it will arrive faster since the holiday season is past. Please look out for our email to confirm your shipping address.
Your January gift was sent with our regular shipping on January 15th.
Kind regards,
Your SpiceBreeze team
I really enjoyed this box. I liked the variety of spices and the accessibility of the recipes. Customer service is also an A+! I contacted them twice and had prompt, polite replies that satisfied me as a customer. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to try something new.
I got this subscription box for my dad for Christmas last year. It's been one of the best gifts I've ever gotten anyone! The shipments always arrive on time and we get so excited. We actually smell the envelope and try to guess which spices might be included. It's been really fun to make these meals together. Being able to spend time together is better than any gift :)
I had reached out via CrateJoy and wasn't getting a response, as soon as I asked a question below, I got a response both via that question and email. Great company!! I would highly recommend if only for their wonderful customer service :)
I have made 4 items so far and they have all been wonderful. I will be ordering 2 of the spices so far - The Larb was exceptional and so very fast! I had everything else I needed in my fridge and pantry. I also sent a subscription to my daughter and to a friend and they have enjoyed it.
I ordered a Christmas gift for a friend who was supposed to receive a message on Christmas day and she still hasn’t received her email or her gift.
I’ve reached out to the seller and cratejoy several times with no response.
Hello Kali,
We answered you by email and didn't hear back. We are sorry but we didn't receive an email from you regarding this order, only the one in November when we helped you change the address for your first gift subscription. We are working with Cratejoy on whether there was a technical issue. You can always reach out to us via direct email,
Cratejoy confirmed that they sent the email with the gift message on December 25th. Your SpiceBreeze gift was ordered to start in January. We ship monthly by the 15th. Your gift was sent on January 13th. Due to COVID-19, shipments to Canada can take from one to four weeks. Your gift recipient has received our email and we sent her further information.
Please...
Extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism this holiday season. I ordered what I thought would be a lovely gift for my sister as she just had a new baby, and after several attempts to reach the seller about shipping and not 1 response to this day (when the box wasn’t being prepared and I wasn’t getting any updates 2 days before i was told it was arrived) my sister finally got her gift... it was in a small white envelope with a sideways lazily stuck on label which said they would be emailing her the recipes. Not at all what is pictured here. I was embarrassed to say the least. The spices were there and luckily sealed (it really was a mess when it arrived) and that is the one redeeming factor. I will revise with photos from my sister.
Hello Sarah,
We are sorry to hear about the trouble.
We double-checked in our email account, Facebook messages, and Cratejoy notifications. We couldn't find any message from you or your gift recipient.
During the order, we offer different options to select the start of the subscription, for instance, the option 'to ship the first box next week'. This is not meant as a delivery date. Different from Amazon prime, the shipping time is not in our hands. Especially due to COVID-19, we saw unexpected delays.
The email with the gift message was sent on December 25th because we didn't want to spoil the surprise.
We have sent your sister the ordered Wanderlust *Select 2* culinary spice box. For less than $9 per month, it is shipped...
I'm excited to make new meals with the
spices I got!
I love how simple it is to try new things, and I am a student who used to live on toast and pasta. Had to go back to order more of a few packs. Recommended for amateurs or more skilled cooks alike.
I gave this subscription to my sister as a gift and she has loved it. She loves to cook and it has introduced her to new spices and new cuisines!
Really fun and interesting recipes. They are well written, easy to follow and come out delicious every time. I also love the cultural information on the back of every card. The subscription is worth it for that alone.
Travel with the new SpiceBreeze winter menu from Europe to South America, Asia, and Africa. The choice is up to you. In December, we recommend a dish from a small Caribbean island that you might have never heard about. Originally, the shell of a gigantic Edam or Gouda cheese was filled with leftovers. In the modern version, an aromatic fresh filling is topped with plenty of cheese. The filling is also delicious as a sauce for pasta or pizza.
In November, you can choose from a menu that includes Moroccan tagine with cherry-sized koefte and classic stews from India and Russia. Or go for an Asian soup. Providing warming comfort food from around the world for the holiday season is our priority.
In October, our menu starts in South Africa with a creamy meat pie that balances a sweet-sour-spicy flavor. Another seasonal highlight is a South American casserole topped with corn blended with fresh basil leaves and caramelized in the oven.
Select shipping 'next week' at the checkout for this menu: (1) Ochazuke is a light one-bowl dish with rice submerged in green tea, hot or cold. It's wonderfully juicy and refreshing. Of course, we have a non-tea option. Sprinkle Furikake sesame-roasted-seaweed seasoning on top or on any dish where you want to add an Asian flavor note. (2) For 'shepherd style' tacos, the meat is marinated in a traditional adobo-paste and topped with pineapple or another tropical fruit.
The April recipes are extremely versatile. They can be perfectly adapted to your taste preferences and availability of ingredients. (1) Assemble delicious toppings on a base of rice. Drizzle with a sauce made with our blend from red miso and Shiitake mushrooms. Bonus: Learn to ferment vegetables. (2) Use the popular Middle Eastern spice blend Za'atar for roasted meat or vegetables, or on pizza, dippings, and so on. The complex flavor will brighten your day!
In March, you are invited to visit homes in a small country in Africa. The tomato stew contains big loads of green spinach and fried chicken or beef. That's the kind of comfort food that you can't stop eating. We just love it! The 2nd dish is quickly baked in the oven with a popular green Mediterranean spice blend. Can you guess it? Bonus: Boost the nutritional value of any dish with a sample of a trendy green leave - and the color too. Ready for St. Patrick's Day?
