This box is a special one! I just received my first box and I’m so happy with this subscription. Everything in the box is unique and useful, and the company emphasizes ethical and meaningful items.
The customer service portal doesn’t seem to work so this is the second time Im leaving a review to get assistance. The seller needs a new ticket system.
I had two subscriptions for bridesmaids gifts, and wanted to gift 3 boxes, as that is the budget we had for wedding party gifts.
I cancelled one subscription in March, and kept one active for myself, because I love the products so much. They still sent the cancelled subscription to one of my bridesmaids.
Im not going to ask for it back from her, because that’s tacky. And now Im giving the one I kept for myself to the other bridesmaid to keep it even. And Im going to be billed for it.
I have never felt more positive about a purchase. The care that went into these items was evident. I loved each and every item in my box. I can’t wait for my next delivery and would certainly upgrade to more frequent deliveries if offered the opportunity.

I never received a box and did not get a refund
