Q: Do you offer 3 month subscription?Asked by Christopher D., February 2021
yes we do
Q: Do you ship to hungary..? Asked by Hisyam S., April 2020
Q: I'm a bit confused. The description describes it as a rooted succulent but reviews make mention of cuttings. Which is the actual product?Asked by Shannon M., October 2019
They're both options. You can choose to get a rooted plant, an arrangement of rooted plants, or an assortment of cuttings.
Q: Is there additional charges for shippingAsked by Marlene H., May 2019
Yes, shipping is extra.
I got a new plant stand for Christmas = room for expansion! So, I chose this box as a way to add plant babies. The packaging and care to insure my plant arrived safely was perfect! The plant itself is cute and I can’t wait to see it grow.
I received one tiny cutting of a decent looking succulent, and then 4 tiny cuttings of a scraggly looking succulent, which were wrapped in 2 pieces of newspaper. For $6 plus shipping, I could have bought two healthy succulents of this size that are actually rooted and potted.
I do love these succulents and my sister was soo happy about her xmas gift. My only complaint is that the photo of the succulent that you send me when they are shipped is not the succulent that she receives. The pic of the succulent i thought she was gonna get was a little piggy, but she received a mug with a ladybug.
Originally got this as a 3-month Mother's Day gift, but my mom called me after the first month to say she didn't want any more plants "like that." I didn't ask, just assumed she was grumpy and happily changed the delivery address to my own.
After receiving month #2, I see what my she meant. The pot is very cute, and the succulent is probably fine, but I (foolishly?) assumed dirt/cactus soil would be included. The pot is very small, and a tiny bag of dirt would go a long way. I don't have dirt, that's why I buy tiny plants online. So kind of a disappointment, especially with the pricey shipping. Will not renew.
This matters a lot less, but presentation was also poor - the care/planting instructions were stripey, like the printer nearly out of ink. I don't mind using newspaper for packaging, which is mentioned on some other reviews. Recycle reduce reuse!
Unhappy with this service and the product which is too small with no instruction as to how to care for plant. I’m canceling this subscription.
I recieved my first month and for the price the plant and the pot are pretty cheap looking I could find something like this at the 99cent store not satisfied
The packaging of the succulents themselves is not good! They would be much better if they included a small bag of cactus type soil. some you cannot tell which end is supposed to be planted ! Please include better instructions for each set you send, instead of a generic instruction. Thanks
Have not recieved it yet.
The little succulents were all in cute little frog pot that even had a drainage hole! My only complaint is that there were a lot of little bugs in the bag that contained the succulents. I had to leave it outside for a minute. The packaging was also not very nice and very amateur. Otherwise, I love it! They sit on my kitchen windowsill with all the other plants are are so adorable.
Received a broken pot twice, refusing to refund my money for the broken one. Awful communication and very unprofessional. If I could give them zero stars I would.
