Q: If I purchase a 2-per-month box option, then which of the 4 plants that are featured that month will I receive? Are they randomly selected? I’m confused about this and I don’t see it explained clearlyAsked by Jenna D., June 2020
The succulents are picked each month by us, there'll be 4 plants and depending on your specific box (1, 2 , 3 or 4 plants/ box) you'll receive a random order of the plants within the 4 chosen plants of the month.
Q: Do you ship to hungary? Asked by Hisyam S., April 2020
Sorry we do not ship internationally :(
Q: What carrier is the box shipped through? Tried a diff subscription box but they shipped through a company that kept losing my packages or arrived with dead/damaged plants. Trying to avoid that again.Asked by Kendra M., March 2020
Hello, we use USPS for shipping.
In the United States, USPS delivers this one.
Q: I’m giving this as a Christmas gift. Can I get a certificate for them to unwrap and can I get it to start in January?Asked by Courtney S., December 2019
I'm not sure about a paper certificate but they can email the information as a gift to them and when it will arrive.
I only ordered one time so I have no idea . Sorry
The succulents arrived safely and I am loving them!
Love this box it was so cute and I love the little cards that give the info and care for each succulent. Everything was well package and customer service was great in answering my questions I cant wait to see next months sneak peak of succulents.
Love love love!!! My favorite subscription box by far!!
The plants come very nicely potted and are very healthy. I have gotten 2 of 3 and they were both very different succulents that I had not seen before. Really worth it.
Came packaged perfectly and arrived healthy!
I love my succulent box. The variety was genuinely surprising and they made it here quickly and mostly safely. Shipping can be risky so anticipate some soil spillage and maybe mild climate damage depending on time of year. Other than that, very pleased with my purchase and I'll definitely get more.
Got my first plant excited for others!!
5 out of 5! I loved getting my little plant in the mail! And my 4 year old daughters face lit up as well!
I love the variety of succulents I receive each month. The plants are packed nicely. Wish the soil would stay inside the pots, but it's to be expected to fall out during the shipping process. The only thing that I might suggest is to have the soil a little moist instead of bone dry. I still give 5 stars for this purchase. I love the plants and can't wait till I get the next one.
I absolutely love my little succulent that I got and I can't wait to get the next Box I actually upgraded to 2 plants instead of one
