Q: I want to purchase this for a friend but she is moving, can I change the address if I purchase a 6 month option or should I wait till she moves and has her official address?Asked by Jennifer K., April 2022
To answer your question, it would be best to wait for your friend to settle into her new home before you place your order, to make sure that all her boxes that you paid for in advance will be received. :)
Let us know if you have any other concerns or questions.
Have a wonderful day!

Q: The box I’m interested in says one air plant one accessory but in one of your details it says no Accessories so what accessories are you sending with the air plants?Asked by Angela T., April 2021
The air plant will come in tinpot/ glass globe/ concrete pot/ cholla wood :)
This shipment took longer than normal to arrive. The package was slightly damaged - most likely due to traveling across country - during the hottest two weeks of the year.. However, your superior interior packaging protected the succulent very well. The plants are thriving! Thank you
My first order came super fast! Packed very nicely. Got something I have never seen before! My second order was even more amazing because I got the succulent I have been looking for😊😍 I prefer to put mine in there own pots… so I think the price is great 👍🏽. The left was my first one…the pots I found at target dollar section! Can use anything as planter🪴
Love the succulents. I was happy to get 2 that I didn't already have
So one of the succulents was knocked over when it arrived. I thought for sure it would have been damaged...but all the plants were perfect! These plants are nicer looking than any I've seen in nurseries. I'm going to continue using this service.
I got this as a gift for my daughter. My first complaint is that they didn't say shipping would cost as much as the box, so the "great deal" doubled in price. My bad for not checking more into the shipping aspect. Second, I'm tired of the covid excuse for delayed shipping, that's a joke. The consistency of the delivery is awful. While the product itself is decent, the poor customer service when I did inquire about a late or flat out missed shipment (that happened once, with no response to replace the plant) -- one took an entire month to get delivered. This is a plant, people, it can't live in a box for a month. Again, emailed with NO REPLY from the company. Crate Joy did reply, "thanks for reaching out" -- also poor customer service. I'm not sure I'll ever use Crate Joy again and will definitely not be using this company again for sure. A dead plant or missed delivery once in 12 months would be acceptable if only I'd have gotten an apology from them. Poor customer service kills it for me.
Amazing!! I got a Tiger Tooth Aloe in my first succulent box and I’m in love. The Tiger Tooth itself was wrapped beautifully and securely leaving no mess of soil or damaged plant. Packaging was simple but tasteful to its meaning. A card describing the succulent and instructions on care. Also a sheet of cute stickers. Beautiful and healthy Even during Iowa’s coldest months! Looking forward to my next box! Thank you so much!!
Love this box it was so cute and I love the little cards that give the info and care for each succulent. Everything was well package and customer service was great in answering my questions I cant wait to see next months sneak peak of succulents.
The succulents arrived safely and I am loving them!
I love my succulent box. The variety was genuinely surprising and they made it here quickly and mostly safely. Shipping can be risky so anticipate some soil spillage and maybe mild climate damage depending on time of year. Other than that, very pleased with my purchase and I'll definitely get more.
