Q: I’m giving this as a Christmas gift. Can I get a certificate for them to unwrap and can I get it to start in January?Asked by Courtney S., December 2019
I'm not sure about a paper certificate but they can email the information as a gift to them and when it will arrive.
I only ordered one time so I have no idea . Sorry
Q: Does the box come with anything else and does it come with a card for the plants to let you know how to take care of them so they grow and are healthy??Asked by Fern L., February 2020
Q: Anyone have pictures of the air plants and can I get one air plant and one succulent I can’t find the option for it Asked by Rachael D., July 2019
I believe so but u can always connect with them and they will do whatever the can to help your order.
There are pictures in the “past box” tab.
Q: What carrier is the box shipped through? Tried a diff subscription box but they shipped through a company that kept losing my packages or arrived with dead/damaged plants. Trying to avoid that again.Asked by Kendra M., March 2020
