Hi,
We begin shipping out the current month boxes on the 5th of every month. All subscribers will be sent a email with shipping confirmation and can track their package that takes approximately. 3-5 days to be received. For instance, if you have a subscription for September - November, your monthly boxes will ship approximately early in the month:-)

Hi,
The current month's box can be ordered through the 20th of the month. After the 20th, we prep for the next month and those ship out on the 5th of the month.

I see you were not happy with the box and wanted to find out where we went wrong. We shipped the box out three days after you ordered and it arrive on December 23rd, only 6 days after your order was placed. We included your special note to your niece and had lots of confetti and edible wow factor. Would love to hear why you were unhappy so we can improve our boxes and your experience. During the Christmas rush we work hard to process orders and get them delivered in time for the holiday you planned for.

August Box Sugar Art Lab Box
Our August Box included a Sour Patch Kid Lollipop (Sour Patch Kids & Nerds, encased in hard candy), a Confetti Sprinkles Lollipop and a Butterfly Lollipop. Everyone also got a custom created Mermaid Tail made out of hard candy that can be placed in a drink, used as a dessert topper, eaten alone or collected. Rose Gold was the drink glitter to turn any beverage a rose gold color with gold sparkle and 1 jar of edible snowflakes to place in drinks, on any foods!
September 2020 Box
Our September Box had three unique lollipops, one with Sour Patch Kids & Nerds encased in hard vanilla flavored candy, one with a rainbow gummy candy center in hard candy and finally, a hard candy mermaid tail with lots of edible sparkle. Also included were EDIBLE BUTTERFLIES to add to pizza, sweets, on the rim of your drink or anything you want! A TEAL SHIMMER GLITTER DUST sprinkler to make your drinks sparkle and change colors. Finally, a sugar art key to eat or keep!
