I would not order from them until you see positive feedback and that they are showing that they are actually shipping something out. I have been with them from the beginning and have received nothing this year but 3 charges and no boxes. Have had to fight tooth and nail to get 2 refunds and still have one outstanding!!

I am a huge sub box buyer of high end boxes. This one is my absolute favorite. Fabulous taste, fabulously priced. I never give anything away. I wait in anticipation for the next one.
I could hardly wait for this box to arrive. I subscribed too late to receive the last box. When it arrive everything was PERFECT! I don't drink so that portion of the box will be gifted, But the knife set has been on my wish list for 20 years! When my husband and I registered for gifts before our wedding, I asked for this brand of knife set. I almost started crying when I pulled it out of its padded mailer. They took my money and sent nothing. I have emailed several times and heard nothing. It’s been 4 months. I have asked for my box or a refund. I’m going to have to go through the trouble of disputing the charge. Don’t trust this company. I warned you. Buyer beware

Please note that we have been working with Cratejoy to adjust our listing to reflect that we have switched to a quarterly seasonal box and are no longer bi-monthly. We currently only ship once per season in Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. Due to the quarterly shipping schedule, there may be a delay in receiving your box depending on when you signed up. Also, we were severely impacted due to Covid-19 shutting down our warehouse and fulfillment centers for several months, and we have just resumed shipping over the past couple months so all the Spring boxes were shipping out before we can ship the Summer boxes. We understand that the delays have been frustrating.
This is a great box. I was anticipating this one since the day I signed up and I'm very happy with everything! Also the customer service is great!
I rarely write reviews, but this box deserves an exception. I've been generally happy with all boxes from Sundae Home, but this is the first time I was really enthusiastic about *everything* in the box. Usually there is one thing that is "meh," but this one was perfect. The knives are top notch, throw blanket (picnic blanket?) has a neutral, clean, goes-with-everything herringbone pattern, candle smells great, and silicone glasses can be used for a hundred things, not just wine. Love all of it!
Unfortunately, I have never received a box. I subscribed at the end of January 2020. It is now August 2020 and I have not received anything from this company. I've asked for a refund and hopefully I will get it.

Honestly, this box is incredible. I wasn't expecting 1. the amount of products that came in the box (the box came chock-full of useful things..no junk to be found here!) and 2. the quality of items! March's box include some amazing goodies like a set of noodle bowls (with soup spoons + lovely gold-tipped chopsticks) and items from the uber-chic homegoods/lifestyle accessories brand Umbra (including an awesome photo frame that I had actually been eyeing myself, and I got the exact frame in the box!). The box was filled with high-quality items that I will actually use in my home + life., and everything was packed super well -- even though there were fragile items, nothing arrived dinged up or broken. Love + highly recommended!!!!
Edit July 3, 2019 The company seemed to have been having issues getting messages through CrateJoy. Once they got back to me, from then on they were very good about responding. I received my box a couple of days ago. I ordered back in April, so I’m not sure why the May/June box did not ship until the end of a June. I like most if the items, though there was one item that was a variant and I would have liked the baskets much more. Overall, I’m pretty happy with the box curation, and after the initial issues with contact got cleared up, they were very good about responding to my emails. I like it enough to try out another box.

As stated on our website, we typically reply within 1-2 business days of receiving your emails, and our customer service team replied to you this morning on June 13. Regarding your question about shipping - we are a bimonthly box that ships at the end of the even-numbered months (every other month). Our complete shipping schedule is also listed on our website and cratejoy listing. Please let us know if we can further assist.
This box shouldn't be advertised if they are not even willing to update their social media or contact subscribers as to what is going on. I spent $65 in July and have yet to see any updates or receive a box. My emails to the company have not been replied to. The past boxes look beautiful and I was looking forward to receiving a summer or fall box but I have no idea if that will ever happen.
