I really want to like this box. I've already cancelled once but thought I would try again because I really liked the products in the last box. -but the shipping is horrible!! I don't ever get a response when emailing the company. I reviewed the shipping policy and it says shipping the last of October and even though I got an email that says it has shipped, when I check the tracking it says it is still being processed. So ultimately I haven't received the first box that I paid for in August and I have already been charged for the second box. Again, I really want to like this box but please please do better with shipping!

The boxes are being shipped all throughout this week via upgraded 2-3 Day Priority Mail and we posted an update on our social media pages. I was excited to receive this box. It took a long time and due to a shipping issue, we did not get one last piece. They give us high quality items. We got hanging canvas bags. I am trying to figure out how to use them. I did read about them in the Sundae Home e-flyer, but I guess I need a visual. We did get to pick the color we want for the placemats which should be coming in my next box. I am excited to get them. I am planning on subscribing for the next couple of months. :-)
Edit July 3, 2019 The company seemed to have been having issues getting messages through CrateJoy. Once they got back to me, from then on they were very good about responding. I received my box a couple of days ago. I ordered back in April, so I’m not sure why the May/June box did not ship until the end of a June. I like most if the items, though there was one item that was a variant and I would have liked the baskets much more. Overall, I’m pretty happy with the box curation, and after the initial issues with contact got cleared up, they were very good about responding to my emails. I like it enough to try out another box.

As stated on our website, we typically reply within 1-2 business days of receiving your emails, and our customer service team replied to you this morning on June 13. Regarding your question about shipping - we are a bimonthly box that ships at the end of the even-numbered months (every other month). I am sadly very disappointed with the June box that I received on July 3rd. It included a sheet metal flag, received a day before the 4th of July, so that was a bummer. Some truly hideous hanging baskets that are beyond ugly, a few random flavored salts, and that was pretty much it. I have many subscription boxes and I’ve never disliked a single box more than this one. I emailed them and never got a response. I was really hopeful they’d try and make it right, offer a discount, anything at all.
My first box was ok, I am not sure it’s worth $60 but at least I will be able to use the items. But the June box doesn’t fit the modern and clean vibe I signed up for. It’s rustic and not my style at all. I loved so many of their previous boxes but am beyond disappointed with the most recent one.
If I would have gotten a response back from their customer service team I might have stuck around a bit longer but after being ignored I cancelled.
Hi Chantel, we are sorry that you are not happy with our May-June box. Our theme for this box was Backyard BBQ and had featured home decor and solutions that fit the theme. In the future, you can always check our website for the upcoming theme and cancel or suspend your subscription. We also show that you emailed us on July 8 and you received a response the same day. i liked my last box,nice quality things, but their was a shipping issue with the place mats,so they are supposed to be on their way soon?? and i dont know what the canvas bag,on leather string is for?? would be nice to have a description page included! i am not going to cancle yet! we will give it a nother go,and see!
Shipping is horrible! Today is 11/16 and my mother's box is still in pre shipment for the Sept/Oct box! They always have excuses for why they are running late with shipping. The only reason I have not cancelled the subscription is because my mom likes the items.
I am a huge sub box buyer of high end boxes. This one is my absolute favorite. Fabulous taste, fabulously priced. I never give anything away. I wait in anticipation for the next one.
