My order was a gift. My daughter did not receive the first two boxes. I contacted the company which wasn’t easy because it’s email only and it took a while for them to get back to me. They refunded me for the two boxes she didn’t get and got the third sent. That arrived yesterday and it was items for a baby boy. The profile I filled about said baby girl. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

Bought and paid for on 11/13. No box. Three emails. No response. Reminder on 12/9 about my renewal, no thank you. Cancelled today after my GIFT was never sent out and after my inquiries ignored. I will also be seeking a refund with my bank for the original charge. Buyer beware!
***Update*** I received word back and as of 12/15 my first box has shipped. As frustrating as this experience was I look forward to seeing what is sent to my niece and I appreciate that the order was finally fulfilled. I would suggest that communication during this trying time improve. Had I been updated I wouldn’t have been so concerned!

I have only rec'd one box and i paid for three. the boxes including shipping were almost 48 dollars. i rec'd several emails that the boxes would be late due to covid.or, that the boxes were being shipped out but they never arrive.i emailed the seller that i wanted the other 2 boxes that i paid for and to cancel my subscription. she Never responded. I got the first box in August so it's been months and months and months since i have seen a box.
