Bought and paid for on 11/13. No box. Three emails. No response. Reminder on 12/9 about my renewal, no thank you. Cancelled today after my GIFT was never sent out and after my inquiries ignored. I will also be seeking a refund with my bank for the original charge. Buyer beware!
***Update*** I received word back and as of 12/15 my first box has shipped. As frustrating as this experience was I look forward to seeing what is sent to my niece and I appreciate that the order was finally fulfilled. I would suggest that communication during this trying time improve. Had I been updated I wouldn’t have been so concerned!
