the sent cookies like 6 or 8 they has=d no description of ingredients in the box they were stale and we just threw them out. we want a refund of our 170.00

After spending as much money on shipping, I wasn’t expecting the cookies to come broken and disheveled. It looked like a child packed the box. It also took a week to get the cookies. I’m asking for my money back.

Thank you for your feedback. Our apologies for the damage of your 1st order. We have not experienced this issue in the past deliveries.
We used a new courier, again our apapologies. We will package your upcoming orders differently to protect your Desserts and use our previous courier. Your next order ships on February 4th. Please let us know when you receive your order. We are sure your experience will be better.
