Did not receive my box at all! Seller informed me on 13 May that the box will be shipped on 15 May. On 21 May, after I canceled my subscription since they were going to charge me for renewal before I even got my 1st box, seller emailed me and told me that they will resend the May box asap and that they have processed my refund and that it will take effect 3-7 business working days.
However, today is already 12 June and when I checked my credit card account, I don't see the refund at all. And my tea box is still missing. I sent an email to seller on 29 May enquiring about it and they do not even bother to reply me now.
I signed up for this box and was immediately charged. A few weeks later I received an email asking me how I liked the tea. I hadn’t received any tea yet. I reached out to customer service and was told several shipments went missing and they would resend. A few more weeks passed and still no tea. I finally requested a refund since they couldn’t get me the tea. I was told it would take 1-2 weeks to process. It’s been almost a month since that and still no refund. So at the end of the day, no tea and no refund. If I’m going to give away my money, I prefer to give to charitable causes on my own terms. Buyer beware.
I made my order, started my subscription, paid my $14.99 in January 2019 and still have not seen my first box. I am very disappointed!
We are so sorry you did not receive your box! On the bottom of our web page, on the FAQ, and on the marketplace, it states that the box must be ordered by the 8th of that month to receive that month's box. You placed the order on January 15 which is past the 8th of January, therefore, means you would not receive January's box instead you would get the box in February which is shipped out today.
