The tea is very good but unfortunately delivery is inconsistent and not always reliable. Good example of why a subscription should not be paid in full, but monthly as it ships. Disappointed with this service.
Hi Irene, so sorry about the missed shipment(s). On all of our selling platforms we do not offer pre-paid gift options. Customers get charged each month as we ship.
