My box came today. Yes, it really does feel like a gift from abest friend!! As soon as I opened my package, wow the painted box is so welcoming and whimsical. All of the items are great I'm using everything. This time of year my hands get so dry, this lotion moisturizes good and smells delish. i put my chakra crystal on a leather cord, it's so pretty and well made. I keep it all on my vanity looks really nice too. Must say this box cheered me up today, thankyou.🙏

Edit to my review: turns out, there was an error in subscription type and the owner of the shop reached out quickly. Her resolution was MORE than generous and so much more than I would have requested from a small business. Even if my recipient isn't crazy about the box, I may give it a try for myself. Great customer service is hard to find and I believe in this instance, the issue was solely the fault of cratejoy, not the vendor. I will say, don't rely on the cratejoy contact seller button to have your questions answered!
Original review: I ordered a single ship gift box on January 25 with the impression that it would ship within 3 to 5 business days. I understand that there are delays for any number of reasons so I reached out for some info on February 4th. I haven't received anything since then. I hope that Im able to come back and review this based on the actual product but we'll see.

Okay the shipping took a while do to the storm and Cratejoy did not tell me it shipped. I had an item I knew that was being delivered and until inspiration reps reached out I did not know they were the same. I recieved an e-mail once I gave them a one star review- I would greatly appreciate if you could update/edit your review at that time as well. Which is why I i am not giving it 5 stars I did love the box
