pumpkin spice muffin from Smart Baking Company.
The ingredients are as follows- Ingredients: Proprietary fiber blend (oat
fiber, corn fiber, flax), eggs, pumpkin puree, erythritol, whey protein
isolate, olive oil, spices, herbs, salt, cellulose gum, monk fruit, citric
acid.
It is 0 net carbs, 94 calories, 6 grams of fat. I can email the

Thank you so much for your email. At this time, the Keto Black box only
comes in two subscription types -- a 5 snack box and a 10-12 snack box. For
your purposes, the 10-12 snack box might be a better option. It costs
*$35.95*, and you can subscribe to this box a month-by-month subscription,
three-month, six-month, or a twelve-month subscription period. While we do
not have one box that provides snacks for an entire month, our 10-12 box
does include at least 1 item that can be used multiple times until
finished, such as cereal, etc.
