Hello Beth. I looked into your account and it appears we don't have a proper shipping address that was entered on your end; which is why you never received a box. Our system didn't pick it up in the shipping processor because of the error. We are not a scam nor ever try to be. I'm a mom running a business by myself. I'm happy to refund your money. This is the first I'm hearing of this and was completely unaware of the issue. Refunding your money now. Sorry for your mix up.

OMG do I love this box. I order now directly from the Boxxy Momma site but started through Crate Joy. I get the mailer which is a little smaller than the box but JUST as amazing. I just received the November mailer and it is full of things I will use all the time and things that make me smile. I have tried other boxes but the thought and attention put into each box is amazing. They come on time, wrapped beautifully and it is the best day of the month when I get my mailer! I cannot recommend this enough!!!
