Hello John. I am so sorry to hear you haven't received your package yet! I can confirm it was shipped on the 7th. Packages are typically received within 2-3 days. Unfortunately recently due to covid, the holidays, and unprecedented employment shortages/delays with USPS, that hasn't been the case. We typically never have issues/delays as such. This pandemic has changed that and our goal next year is to switch carriers to avoid issues as such. Once they arrive at USPS, it's in the hands of the postal service.
As for broken items, we are ALWAYS happy to replace anything damaged during shipment. We do ask for proof of damage via photo. I've checked my history and have never received any emails from you regarding damages or...
My husband ordered me this box for a Mothers Day gift which was very thoughtful. However I felt the contents were quite lackluster unfortunately. I realize it would be impossible to please everyone out there. My husband feels this box does not represent what he was anticipating being in the box based on past boxes he looked at online.
Hi Jordan! I am sorry you were unhappy with your first box. Unfortunately given the current Covid-19 events, I've had to make adjustments and roll with the punches. I loved first one. Said they sent out second boc jan 7. I have yet to receive anything. Tried emailing seller to let them know. They wont email me back. I signed up for 3 month subscription. I guess if they wont email be back. Send me another box. This happens again. I have no choice but cancel

I've been trying to figure out what box you actually already received since you said you did receive your first box, but technically that is all you should have received already.
