Q: What comes if I order now. I would be highly dissappointed if it was mincemeat.Asked by Justine E., March 2021
Hi Justine,
If you were to place an order today we could still include you in the March box shipment which is for Bakewell Tarts (today would be the last day to do that). This is due to go out on Monday 15th March, you would just need to sign up then email us to request that specific box and we will amend the shipping schedule to include you. Q: I would like to order this for a Christmas gift but I don't want the first box to arrive before December 25th. When should I place my order?Asked by Beth B., December 2020
Hi Beth,
If you subscribe after the 12th of the month then you will not receive the December box, the first box shipped will be around January 15th.
If you would like us to email an E Certificate that you can either forward or print out prior to the first box arriving, please purchase your subscription and then email us requesting that one be sent. An E Certificate basically congratulates a recipient that they have been gifted a Baking Box subscription, states who it is from, how long it runs for and includes any gift message requested.
Thanks for your question, don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Stephanie.
Q: I want to give this as a gift. Can I get the first one sent to me and then change the address to send the rest to the gift recipient?Asked by Leann C., November 2020
Hello Leann,
Yes absolutely the first box can be shipped to yourself. Once you receive the box email us with the new address for the future shipments and we will amend the system for you.
If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to reach out.
Thanks
