We ship new subscriptions the first week of the following month. If an order is placed in the middle of the month the following month within the first week will be the date of shipping.

Beware the subscription autorenewal! The brittle was okay, but watch out for Cratejoy. They sign you up for autorenewal without asking and hope you don't notice. The brittle itself was fun. Sent it as a Christmas gift. The receipts noted that the quality of the product was lackluster, but they still enjoyed the diversity of flavors.
I was hesitant about purchasing this subscription due to all the previous negative reviews. However, my mother loves brittle and I wanted to get her something different as a Christmas gift.
We were not disappointed! She absolutely loved her brittle and looked forward to it every month. The shipping was on time every month and the bag was a decent size (though it didn't last long in our house haha) and different every month. The packaging was good as the brittle is in a resealable bag. I was shipped USPS, so maybe all the shipment issues are from that as opposed to the company? Who knows, all I know is that I am happy with the purchase made and the brittle received!

I don’t recommend. Don’t even consider ordering from them. I had purchased a 3 month order for a Christmas present for my husband. I inquired about it as weeks passed and they said it had shipped. it hadn’t. My husband got a plain basic brittle with pistachios. I asked the kinds I would get in the next 2 boxes and when they would ship. I have received any responses. The 2nd shipment came today. Same plain basic brittle with cashews instead of pistachios. Nothing like their advertisement says.
The brittle had hardly any contents. Two months at two student times were identical. None of the batches looked like the picture. There were a lot of seeds. Only one batch had nuts- pistachios. I also didn't realize it was a subscription. I inadvertently paid for an additional 6 months without knowing it, despite being less than content with the first 6 months.
Don't know I ordered my box September 17, I have been asking about my first box since October 17, still no answer. Now I'm sent a message saying update payment & it's November 2. Well where is my fist box I ordered in September? Can someone please answer that? Yes I asked for money back but no response to that either.
I opted for a 3 month subscription. I only received 2 months, not 3. On Aug 2, I contacted the vendor who stated they would look into it. Here it is now, Aug 18th and I haven't heard a word. I give up. The brittle was made with really fine ingredients-- but too thick and tasteless for me.--it's not worth fighting over.
Terrible customer service. I reached out asking about my gift that I purchased for my mom for Christmas. I got a response saying that the box should have arrived and they will send one immediately. Then that box said it was delivered, when it was not and I reached out 3 times after that with absolutely NO response. My mom loves brittle and I was looking forward to her reaction when she received this, but unfortunately it never came. To this day no response.
This order was for 3 months. We were notified that the first order was not received and answered the email sent via customer we then rushed the 2nd order asap ( even have tracking showing delivery on January 19th. An email was sent to us again asking the same question which was answered in the first email??? We offered top customer service and also mentioned we were adding another month to the roder as an additional thank you, but still got one start???? We have been online for over 12 years and shipped hundreds of thousands of orders and yes this happens. If we ever make an error we are quick to resolve it
