My daughter received her first book today. She quickly ran to her room to read it. In the first chapter there is the F work and SH word. I listed her age as under 12. I do not think this is appropriate language for a 12 year old. Also, it took a month to receive our first box!

Hi Tracy,
Thank you for your review, all feedback is important to us, and we’re sorry to hear you’ve had such a frustrating experience. As you can hopefully see from our other reviews, your situation is the exception and far from our usual high standards. The Chaptr subscription box doesn't have an option for listing your age as you stated, but we do show you the book and it's synopsis when you sign up so there are no surprises. Can you please give us the details on how you listed your daughter's age when signing up for our box so we can ensure this doesn't happen in the future?

Loved it!
