Q: What ages is this geared toAsked by Jeanne B., August 2019
Hello! Our games are geared towards people of all ages, the themes are mostly family-friendly, with some adult ideas included. One example would be the drink recipe cards for our players over 21 (it is not required to make these drinks for the game, they are just “extras”). Most of the adventures are kid-friendly in theme, but some historic elements may be hard for younger children. One example of this is in our Anastasia: The Lost Princess box, where the aftermath of the Russian Revolution is examined as one of the story elements, and this includes the death of the Czar’s family, which younger kids might find challenging to understand. Speaking of puzzle difficulty, we are geared towards 12+ but there are some puzzles...
This was a good time, we played Mardi Gras Mystery. We enjoyed the depth and content of the game. It was a little long, but the puzzles were great. We liked the extras features like the drink recipes and playlists. We are excited to play the next one!
The year is 1927 and the place is New Orleans. We are in the height of the Mardi Gras festival, but it is a crime from three years ago that still has the town talking. A missing King Cake Recipe has rumored to have been found and will be sold to the highest bidder on Fat Tuesday, which is only a day away. The problem is, the person in possession of this recipe is not the rightful owner. Can you determine the culprit and return Mademoiselle Anastasie Bedeau’s recipe
