For several months this was my favorite subscription, while I was with cratejoy. The first box I received directly from Grace and Delilah was very disappointing. I received books and nothing else, used and damaged books at that. I contacted Gave and Delilah to address it and received no response. However, when I emailed to cancel, within hours I received a response saying it was done. That was a month ago. A week ago I received a notification that my account was charged by Grace and Delilah, Emailed them, they said I would get a refund. Instead I received an email saying my box was being shipped. Again emailed them with no response. Poor Customer Service and highly unethical!. BBB will be hearing from me.
I can see that your subscription has been canceled. I am sorry that you felt the books were used, we do not send used books. My apologies that we did not meet your expectations the last two months. We moved our business from North Carolina to Alabama and apologize for any lack of customer service. If a refund is needed it will be done.
I didn’t think it was overly exciting. For the price, I didn’t think the quality was worth it. A small nail file, a stamp, a pin, and three paperback books. Am canceling. Received three books. None about description. I got a book about John. Unless John was a woman, I believe they just threw this book in and called it good. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS AGAIN. COMPLETE GARBAGE.
Oh no! Im sorry we didn’t meet your expectations. Usually 3 books, brochure, notepad, pen, nail file , wooden wax stamp & wax is considered an exceptional valued subscription box. I hope you find a Christian Book Box that works for you.💛 Have a sunny & blessed day!
There wasn’t anything I could use in the box and the books are not ones I will read. I have enjoyed other Cratejoy boxes. Wish I had not signed up for 3 shipments
I’m so sorry to hear this! You only have one box left in the shipment of three months to refund, which I will happily do. If you would’ve reached out to me earlier & I was made aware of your incompatibility I would have refunded your last two boxes. Unfortunately, all subscription boxes aren’t 100% successful with everyone. I hope that you find a box that you are thrilled with. I will refund your last box.
No communication at all tried contacted them several times several email to request different books because the ones she was sending I already had , she said on Instagram will change them I got the same books I already have . Save your $40 and get the book you like instead . 0 customer service . I deff would like a refund or change this books

Aww! I got a one star review! Your order was placed on December 19th, packed and shipped and received at USPS also on December 19th. We ship today priority in hopes that everyone would receive their gifts on time. With Covid and in a Short-staffed Postal Service it was definitely a year to be very patient. The good news is your package was not lost ~ is arriving late, and in transit. It’s going to be the year that Christmas just keeps on giving. Thankfully we have a lot to be Thankful for & we’re blessed. I hope you have a fabulous new year. 💛
