I believe they are out of business. Based on the website being down. And I have not received any of my boxes for several months.... But PayPal sent them my money....

I ordered a gift back in November and have still yet to hear anything on my box being shipped. No emails ever answered of which I sent 3 and I have canceled any subsequent boxes with the knowledge of the 3 I ordered would be shipped. How kong does it take for them to assemble a box.. My product status states they are getting my box together and has now for almost two months. I am going to submit a report and complaint to the Better Business Bureau if I do not receive my box or receive an email from this company.
This is a great company, and a fantastic service! They are fantastic with their communication. The boxes are fantastic, it's great to have some of my favorite stuff delivered right to my door. I can't wait to receive the next one!
I don’t even know if this company is in business any longer . I paid for a subscription in May . Received no response to my emails . They pulled a renewal again in June . Still no response to my follow emails .We still haven’t gotten a box or notifications from the company of any changes or delays - Nothing !! Now the website is no longer working and I’m not sure we are even getting a box .
I ordered this around Christmas time as a secret santa gift. The order was received a couple weeks before the holidays. On Christmas day when it hadn't arrived I tried to cancel the order but never received a refund. I've tried to contact the company and have received no response. I even got a shipping confirmation that said they notified USPS they were dropping off the box but the tracking never updated beyond that. So, if you're looking to waste your money, go ahead and pay this company to never send your gift.
Hi Sarah, I wanted to touch base with you. I have purchased the company from the previous owner in February. We are striving to make sure things that happened to you do not happen to others. I will also talk to the previous owner to see what happened and see what can be done to rectify the situation. Please allow us to offer an apology for what happened and I can promise things will not happen like that in the future.
I just received my first box! This is a must have if you love disc golf and its a great way to try out new discs from new companies. You won't be disappointed!
