Hi Tirah! Our small size is suitable for necks 8-13 inches, medium is 14-16.5 inches, and large is 16.5-20.5 inches!

I sent this box for my mom and her mini shitzu Lola and it was a HUGE hit! Not only did my mom get a kick out of how much Lola loved all of the toys, it kept her busy while she was working from home!
