This service is absolutely horrible. I bought this for my wife for her anniversary, and am extremely disappointed with it.
We have had 2 or 3 deliveries so far - and each time my wife has to email and pester to find out where it is at. After the 2nd or 3rd email it is finally shipped.
As for the quality of the products - extremely poor. I bought this one because it was supposed to be handcrafted stuff by women, etc - a great story.
The last shipment we got - the item still had a “made in China” sticker on it.

I paid for a 3 months subscription, ended up getting 1 box. The contents of the first box was okay, but it would have been really nice to get the other 2. Emailed them, they said it was "going to be mailed the next day". That was clearly a lie.

I was gifted a six-month subscription to the Etoile box and after receiving all six boxes, I genuinely feel the quality and variety of items make this subscription worth the price. I looked forward to my box each month and have a favorite item that I still regularly use from each of the boxes I received! I even bought a few items directly from the vendors because I liked them so much. I see a few negative reveiws for the Italian dinner box, but I thought it was fun! The towel is in regular rotation in my kitchen, as are the cheese grater and garlic press. They are simply crafted stainless steel but have withstood continued use and dishwasher cycles, so definitely not poorly made. There was a bit of a hiccup with shipping midway through my subscription but when I contacted the seller, it was resolved almost immediately. Overall, a well-curated and fun box!

I got this box, 3 months subscription, for my sister. I didn't tell her, it was a random surprise. She said when she received it and opened it she was at first confused. She said it contained a journal, pen, snack and beauty items. Then she realized "self-care", and figured out it was from me. She said she really liked the types of items and the quality. She was excited to use her journal, and her "empowering scepter" (lol, pen!). I think this makes a really lovely gift for anyone who needs a little TLC as this gift really seemed to lift her spirits!

I got this as a Christmas present for my wife and regret it. Half the shipments were very late, and the product choices were often questionable. I waited for the Spring box to be pictured because I can’t eat Italian food but didn’t I get that box anyway. The Italian box has spaghetti, sauce, garlic press and grater. Received the “Choose you!” box for February and I hate to have to say it but I was super disappointed. I was very excited after watching box reviews on YouTube and it was Valentines holiday so I was hoping it might be festive but I just felt like this box was not up to par compared to Étoile’s older boxes. It was my first box so it’s my first impression but from this box experience I just don’t feel that the products were worth the over $40 price or maybe they just weren’t my style.

I’ve had a couple of different subscription boxes. While the items were of good quality, I feel like I was jipped. I’m used to receiving more than just a tacky couple of items. Like I got socks, cookies, a planner, a serum, and a face wash. That’s it?? I’ve had other boxes and received a lot more products and they were good quality. I’m glad I only paid for a few months worth. Sorry just not my cup of tea, maybe I’ve been spoiled by other boxes IDK.
