Q: Do you receive one bouquet each month or one every 3 months. I’m confused because the price says 39.95/3 mo. So do you pay 39.95 once every three months or pay 39.95 every month for 3 months? ThanksAsked by Julie D., December 2019

Thank you for your email. The price is $39.95 + S&H for each shipment with a consecutive month shipping frequency. Each shipment comes to a total of $49.95 when shipping is factored in.

Our flowers are shipped prearranged ready to be placed into a vase upon delivery, however a vase is not included in the shipment.
Q: Is it possible to skip a month (e.g., the recipient will be on vacation during the delivery time)?Asked by Lisa F., October 2020
You may skip a month in your subscription. To do this please contact our customer service team through email or call us at 1 800 625 8238. We would need to receive the request prior to the 1st of the month you intend to skip so that we can ensure the package will not be shipped.

Q: Under my subscription it says 3 of 3 shipments. What does that mean when the first one hasn't been received yet? I have emailed twice with no response. It turns me off when businesses don't reply.Asked by Pat L., September 2020

The flowers that are sent to me are interesting and some that I have never had before. I really like getting the unusual bouquets! It's exciting opening the box!
Paid $158 for 3 deleveries. 2 show as scheduled but I have yet to receive anything so looks like sxam. Beware!

I gave my mom a six moth membership this past Christmas. She sends me a picture every month of the beautiful arrangements and has been nothing but pleased!!!! Best gift I ever gave her....I'm extending the membership for the rest of the year today!
Our Grandmother has just entered a home providing assisted living and she is quite upset about leaving her home of 45 years. All of the Grandchildren decided to get together and send her flowers each month. WOW, those bouquets you have sent look like a million dollars, and they last so long! Grams says that many of her new housemates seem to be a bit jealous of how much she is loved and thought of. I guess this is going to become an ongoing gift for Grams!
