I ordered over a month ago and still haven’t received my box! It was a gift fir my daughter. I emailed and got no response! Very disappointed!
I'm sorry to hear you are disappointed in my product. I looked at your purchase date, and it says that you ordered on the third of October. My store has a cutoff purchase date of the first of the month, in which your product would then ship on the 13. Since you ordered after that date (because I order my products on that day which take over a week to arrive) I did not order your box, therefore you would receive your box in November. With that said, I have been having problems with double billing before people have received their first box and am working with Cratejoy on the coding for when to bill people so that they don't get billed...
I honestly don’t know the quality of the box because I haven’t received any of them. The website says two have been shipped bu I have yet to receive them. Just messaged the seller might be asking for my money back
I have to say I was pretty sad I got a bath bomb Ball, I sent warmer with wax and one other item and to be honest with you none of them were really happy or helpful. It was somewhat of a disappointment
My first order was in September and the pre-order went to October and now I’m renewed again in November and yet I haven’t received one box.
This box cost me $22. There were 4 items: The ceramic wax melt holder, a package of wax melts, 1 tiny bath bomb, and a tube of chapstick that looks used and wasn't sealed that I definitely will not be using so that's wasted. No way was this box worth the money I spent on it. I am canceling my subscription.
I paid for two boxes. But only received one. And the one I did receive, the main item was broken. Pretty upset.
