Received my first box and I LOVE it! A variety of fun, thoughtful items in a beautiful reusable bag. Looking forward to next months!!
I will keep with it b/c I want to support women’s business. Loved the wildflower seed bombs, though.
I don’t know if this was an off month, but I get tons of subscriptions boxes because I have an unboxing channel on YT, and this was just not good. This box is almost $50, and for that I basically got 3 nice items and two items that I can’t believe the curator thought would add value to the box. The kitchen towel is nice, the wildflower seeds are nice, and the mask is nice, The other two items, were a dollar store like ribbon they valued at $6 and a couple temporary tattoos, that literally just say “wildflower” and that they valued at $9. I’m not saying they don’t retail for that, but that doesn’t make them good. I kept digging through the bag thinking that couldn’t possibly be all. What am I, as an adult supposed to do with a ribbon that says “I ate my vegetables” and a couple of temporary tattoos? I like that they source from women artisans, but the value was just not there with this box and I was really disappointed.
Hi there, I’m so sorry that you didn’t love all of the products in this month’s “In the Garden” themed Local Delivery!! Since we work directly with small-business makers to source our products, that does make our price point per item a bit higher than some others since they’re handmade in small batches. I definitely appreciate the feedback on the overall perceived value of the bundle vs. retail value and will take that into consideration for future months. I hope you’re able to find someone who will get a giggle out of the Ate A Vegetable ribbon and who will enjoy the hand drawn temporary tattoos, and that you enjoy all of the other products :) Jess
I got my mini bundle early and was pleasantly surprised. A thoughtful curation of hand/homemade items. I received a pendant, honey sticks and goat’s milk soap. The pouch is adorable and the blurbs about who made the items adds a nice touch. Great value for artisan goods supporting women-owned small businesses. I checked out their shop website and it has a lot of sassy stuff too, which I’m hoping will be included in a future bundle.
Hi Binna! Thank you so much for your kind review and I'm so glad you love your goodies- there's definitely some more treasures and more sass coming your way this month and in next month's bundle ;-). I appreciate your support so we can in turn support the many women-owned small businesses that we get the pleasure and honor of working with. ~Jess
What an awesome treat-yo-self box! If you're into supporting Girl Bosses and you enjoy getting fun surprises each month, I highly recommend checking them out!
This box was amazing! Not only did it open my eyes to all the kick ass products I knew nothing about, I'm supporting women and small businesses which is where we need to be...
Loved this box, I have a least 2 people wanting to try too! I unboxed this box on my YouTube channel, and people loved it! Can't wait for the next box
I just received my first box. What a disappointment! I judged this subscription off what the past boxes looked like and was excited about getting mine and supporting women in local business. Everything I received (dish towel, temporary tattoos?, seeds, and a green ribbon (that looked like something that my kids got in Elementary School), and mud mask) I could have picked up at the local dollar tree for under 10$. That all fit inside a small cloth gift bag with what I am guessing is a picture of a cat. The only good thing that came out of this subscription was the fast shipping. The only thing I will keep is the mud mask,
Hi Mary, I'm so sorry that you were disappointed with your "In the Garden" Local Delivery bundle. Several of the products, like the Rainbow Wildflower Seed Bombs, have been best sellers for us this season and all of our products are directly sourced from women-owned small businesses in the U.S. and Canada who are dreaming up, designing and making the goods that we carry. Again, I'm sorry that you didn't love yours and I hope that you're able to find a good home for the rest of the goodies and spread a little joy to someone with them. Thanks for trying us out! ~ Jess
