Box was damaged upon receipt, only had 1 item inside the rest was either lost or stolen. I emailed cratejoy for assistance and only received a standard response with a support contact page which takes you back to the main page. This was the 1st of three boxes ordered and I the majority of what was suppose to be in the box was missing. I realize it happened during the shipping process but the follow up email was severely lacking customer service or any suggestions on a replacement order.
*Update* Manbox reached out via email and gave me options to make things right! Really appreciate the follow up customer service!
