Hi Michelle!
All orders placed will ship the week of the 4th of the following month. We see your order was placed Mid November which was late for our November’s shipment being that our renewal date is the 18th. We want to avoid charging you twice before receiving your first box. December’s boxes will begin shipping the end of this week through the entire month for the Holiday orders. Once a your box ships an email with a tracking number will be sent to you so you can kelp an eye out for it’s arrival.
