Q: Are envelopes included? Can the cards be mailed?Asked by Carol M., May 2021
Yes, envelopes are included. The cards can also be mailed in the envelope included.
Q: I see it says 4 different style cards, but how many cards can you make from each kit? Asked by Elizabeth B., January 2021
Each kit includes items to make 4 cards, ie. Embellishments, card stock, ink, etc. However, some kits include items like stamp sets or dies which can be used again to make more cards.
Q: Do all of the boxes include holiday themed things? I do not celebrate holidays and would be disappointed if the whole box included holiday themed items. Asked by Sydney K., October 2020
No, not all of the boxes have holiday themes. A few throughout the year will typically have a holiday theme but the focus is more on seasonal vs specific holidays during those times of year.
Q: I have a very artistic 9 year old niece. She is quite talented. Would these be appropriate for her to try? Asked by Meredith S., May 2020
Yes, there are detailed instructions and for someone that has an interest and some experience working on similar types of crafts, should have no issues. Of course, adult supervision should always be in place when using certain tools as well.
I love my first box. I was so impressed with the gifts on the first box and the high quality of paper, Asuka Studio. Very impressed. Contacted customer support and had no issues. I had fun with my box and cannot wait for the next one! Thank you so much!
I just received my first box from The Paper Crate. The concept is fun, the instructions are very clear and I think I'm going to enjoy my experience.
I'd like to suggest you find a way to enhance your customer service. I paid April 1st, received one short message April 28th about receiving an April box (I sent 3 requests) and here it is May 25th. I really thought you were a scam. I cancelled my subscription and looked elsewhere.
If someone would have just communicated with me, things could've worked out.
Customer service is a joke. They sent my box to the wrong person at the wrong address. They fixed it and it happened again. I asked for a refund and I haven’t heard from them. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.
Johnnie, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the first box going to the incorrect address and we are glad we were able to correct that for you. The mistake did not happen again because we have not yet sent out the second box to you. I believe our shipping service sent you an incorrect automated email that still reflected the old address because it has not yet been updated on their end until we prepare to ship our second box to you this month.
We apologize for any confusion that may have caused.
Where did these 5 star reviews come from? These boxes look like they found a semi’s worth of scrapbooking supplies from 1999 and decided to repackage and sell them. What’s for next month? One of those old scissors that does the scallops? Happy that I have one more box left before this ends. I am sure these are very nice people but these boxes are very dated.
Loved my first box!! Can’t wait to see what is in the next box!!
I have tried many, many different types of craft boxes, and this one is a definite favorite! Going to be sharing this one around for sure! Thank you so much for such a fun box!
Don’t hesitate on this subscription box. If you love paper crafting cards, It is worth every penny.
Excellent as always!
I love Paper Crate. I look forward to the box and the ideas that come with it. I chose this box due to wanting some interesting to do every month as well as ideas to enter into my journal/scrapbook notebook that I use daily. The cards are lovely to make to give out as well as place in my own journal as monthly accomplishments. I love the paper and embellishments. It is an awesome gift for crafty people like myself.
Bought everything in there was great and really like it. The timing was off. Receiving Christmas stamps on Dec 23, wasn’t helpful. Really hoping my Jan crate has Valentine stamps so I have time to make the cards.
