I just received a response. They are sending out the 2 missed shipments.
Really enjoyed the unique vegetable sauce sent with this package. Overall quality and variety has been great.
We are an Italian family that eats pasta almost every day, and getting high-quality pasta from this subscription is definitely worth it.
BUYER BEWARE. I paid for 12 deliveries of pasta and sauce for four people to begin in June and even prepaid the delivery fee. Deliveries were inconsistent and not a single one contained both the pasta and sauce. In the interest of full transparency, the products received were as follows:
June - 1 bag of pasta, no sauce
July - no pasta, no sauce
August - no pasta, no sauce
September - three bags of pasta, no sauce
October - no pasta, no sauce
After multiple opportunities to get it right, the vendor continued to fail to send the appropriate delivery. A refund has been requested and I encourage people not to waste the time or money on this service.
Didn't receive a June shipment. I paid for a 6 month subscription last March and didn't get an April shipment until mid-May. The products I received were 2 bags of pasta and a small jar of sauce. The pasta was 1 month away from expiration.
