All of the boxes I have received have sucked the last one was missing half of the products none of them have been worth the money

Thanks for your message. While we understand you weren’t pleased with any of the 4 boxes you received, this is the first time we’re hearing about your concern. Had we been privy to your concerns we could have addressed them for you and future subscribers. We don’t take a one star review lightly with negative shipping reviews, especially since we’ve shipped each of your boxes within 2 days of ordering. It seems like theirs more to your concern and we’d love to hear and address your issues directly.
I renewed my subscription 11/28 and received the confirmation email and that was it. No boxes have been delivered. I HAVE reached out to customer service several times and I am getting no where. Save your money and don't buy anything. Check the reviews on TrustPilot.

Horrible. Not worth the monthly fee AT ALL. I feel completely ripped off and am trying to end my subscription

While we try our best to make every box fun and perfect, we of course can't please every single subscribers needs every month. The go travel kit was not a covid kit, specifically those getting ready to travel because it's starting to be safer to do so. I apologize you weren't happy and we will be sending you something special.
Terrible,cheap low quality items ...Considering the competition out here-I have over 6 other beauty subscriptions-im embarrassed for the people running this box subscription...I have given it many chances to improve and for some reason it gets worse

Complete waist of money. Such a disappointment. Got the premium box all it had was flip flops, facial toner, a reuseable bag, and a super fake necklace. Not worth $35

We’re sad to hear you did not enjoy your box. We understand the Pink Sugar box isn’t for everyone. We try our best to make each box great by adding fun new items you may or may not be familiar with. It would be amazing if our subscribers liked every single item in every single box each month, but of course that’s not realistic, however we thank you for giving us a try.
This was an extremely cheap, and flimsy subscription. I was deeply disappointed. I could of went to dollar tree for $5 for the items I received. Pretty bummed as the quality of my items were no where near the picture of examples given, I felt like I made a huge waste of money. Will not recommend.

Each month we carefully curate boxes with familiar and unfamiliar brands, this gives our subscribers the opportunity to try brands they may or may not be familiar with. We also pride ourself on shipping our boxes immediately (which is not the norm for subscription boxes), but we also see you've given us a one star. We are sorry you were displeased.
This stuff is so disappointing. I have tried now for 3 months hoping it would get better and honest it's gotten worse.

The little items in this box just was not for me. Can't wait to see what the next one brings.
For 20.00 a month that includes S&H, I expected a little more. I mean, an over priced tooth brush, these awful looking foils you put over your nails, Yuk! The bracelets for him and for her, I could purchase at the 99 cent store. The Other 2 items i could easily get at the 99 cent sore as well. I was really looking forward to this box based on the handful of pictures I saw on the Cratejoy website. But instead of higher quality items that appeared in the photos, what I received in my first box was not.

The items you received in the April box are well valued, you can google the branded items to find pricing. The charcoal infused shower gloves you received alone are valued at $12.99. Although you received items YOU feel aren't valuable, please know that we do our best to support small business and showcase items you may have never heard of and your support helps them!
It’s ridiculous. Cup is chip at 2 places. A lot of junk....
