5 stars. I received the following items: white quinoa, buckwheat, coconut nectar sugar, pinto beans, quick cook white grits, wooden ladle spoon, and extra goodies as well. Further all the food was sealed in Mylar bags. There was a little confusion with the delivery but they provided excellent costumer service and responded ASAP to my inquiries. Would 100% recommend.
