The pretzels arrived very well wrapped, cradled in plenty of sizzles to keep them safe. The pkfg contained really cute Halloween decor . The pretzels were so cute-- so well-crafted--delightful to look at! I loved the white chocolate pretzels! My problem--- and it is MY problem, not the company--is that although I love white choc and milk choc, I detest dark chocolate and most of the pretzels were covered with dark chocolate and I had to give them away--sigh. Otherwise, they were quite nice!

You ordered last month on June 18th, 2020, We clearly have it stated on our listing that orders ship out by or on the 14th of every month. Your order date had passed the cut off, which put your order for the following month, and your subscription box pushed out a month. While we hate to see this UNFAIR review, we would really appreciate if you would reconsider your review and perhaps either let us send you a sample box, for your FAIR review? Please let us know!
