I ordered a 6 month subscription as a gift to my son.
The first box never made it to him. I tried to ask to track the shipping but couldn’t get it. Although the team responded to my emails promptly initially and promised to send a replacement, we never did receive that first shipment.
No response to subsequent email.
At this point the second shipment has been received and I’m assuming the third is on the way.
This is a nice concept but there seems to be no way to track shipments once they are sent.
