You won't get what they show. I cancelled in January and still was charged for 2 boxes and they were shipped,No items in the pictures did I get. Cheap items and still trying to contact to cancel. Shady Box babe. Items are more for junior high which is pathetic cz that is illegal.
Oh my gosh, I am having the same problem. I am going to just cancel because this is ridiculous. I ordered mine on 3/22 too. It says that USPS is still "Awaiting Item" but the shipping label was created already so I am confused? I feel like I just wasted $35 on stuff I didn't even receive yet. This isn't a hole in my pocket but for some, it may be. Kind of upsetting, to be honest.
Idk I’m dealing w an issue too. Love box subs. But I ordered my first on 3/22, label has only been made. Then I was charged for my second. Lol I still haven’t received anything. Kinda confused.

I wasn't really sure what to expect when I ordered this box, but honestly, I was shocked by how great it was. It's products were so useful and the themes are absolutely adorable. I had one problem with shipping and when I emailed customer service they were fast, understanding, and fixed the problem immediately (they even put an extra item in my box for the inconvenience, how awesome, right!?). I highly suggest getting this. It's totally worth the money and if there are ever any problems, their customer service is fantastic.
