The box was super cute and loved it! Just 2 small things that happened, a leaf for my rose piece was broken off when I opened it and unfortunately the papers I also didn’t personally like… but overall great box! Can’t wait for another one!

The first few months of the box was great. However, I’m not sure what has happened with this business, but it has went down hill.
I haven’t received three box’s I’ve paid for. I’ve tried to contact someone on this, but I get no response.
I was charged for my first box on July 12th and have never received it. Today another charge went through. I should’ve paid more attention to the reviews before placing my order. How disappointing!

Your July purchase was for our August box which box shipped the beginning of August on schedule. According to the tracking it will be to you on Wednesday. You can move the renewal date for your boxes so that renewals aren’t processed prior to receiving your boxes via the Cratejoy portal or by contacting us ahead of time. Shipping is awful and there are a million excuses. They may or may not get back to you. I've yet to receive a piece that you can actually use without burning yourself. Most other items are very cheap. When it comes to papers/cones, most are repeats. A lot of it is cutesy stuff that would excite a teenage girl, not an adult. Signed in to my account to cancel and it showed nothing to cancel, said I ordered thru Cratejoy when I did not. Cratejoy confirmed that I did not purchase thru them, but were kind enough to help me cancel since Stoneybabe would not. Boxes are definitely not worth what they say it is. A struggle to even be worth the price you pay for one box. I strongly disagree with ones who say it's worth the wait. Example...gold pot leaf necklace...exact same quality as a gumball machine piece of jewelry. Not just the jewelry either. Between the cheap pieces and shipping times...I'm out.

Do not waste your time and money. Ordered through Cratejoy and Cratejoy had to end up canceling and refunding me because these chicks ignored multiple attempts to contact them, from both Cratejoy and myself.
Ordered. Paid. Never got anything. Contacted seller. No response whatsoever. Very disappointing.
It seems like a cool box but... The fact that I was charged twice (placed my order on June 23, it is now August 9 and my first box still says it's awaiting shipment, with only a shipping label made...) is just really unprofessional and I can't justify it. I was just given notice that my THIRD renewal was coming up, and I haven't received EITHER of the boxes I've now been charged for. I did message them regarding this issue, and was given a reply about how shipments were delayed due to illness, and that I should have known that because they posted it on their socials? I don't know why they would assume a brand new subscriber who was supposed to just be trying out the box would be checking on their socials every day. I was also told that emails were sent out about this issue, which was just blatantly untrue. I'm honestly just baffled that it's been two months now and I was almost charged a third time for products that I have never seen. Don't get me wrong, I am excited for the products I *have* paid for to come in, but charging someone three times when they haven't even received one box is crazy. Like, seriously.
EDIT 8/15/2022: So my first box ordered in June still shows that just a shipping label has been created on August 3. The second box also has been just sitting with a shipping label since August 10. This...
I have now paid for 4 boxes, about to be charged for the 5th, but I have only received 2 boxes. The payment from June says the label was created on 8/3/22, and July 11th payment has no shipping information. I have paused my subscription for now, because this is ridiculous!!! I love my 2 boxes that I did get, but where are the other 2?!?
UPDATE: even after pausing my subscription, I was still charged now for a fifth box.
I wasn't really sure what to expect when I ordered this box, but honestly, I was shocked by how great it was. It's products were so useful and the themes are absolutely adorable. I had one problem with shipping and when I emailed customer service they were fast, understanding, and fixed the problem immediately (they even put an extra item in my box for the inconvenience, how awesome, right!?). I highly suggest getting this. It's totally worth the money and if there are ever any problems, their customer service is fantastic.
I loved the variety, quality, and overall vibe of the products received. There is also a ton of stuff that each box has!! Unfortunately, as many other reviews mention, the shipping situation needs help. I ended up cancelling because I can't keep eating the cost of the box+shipping without receiving product... I only received the first box and have since been charged for two additional months (three months total) and haven't receieved anything else. I would resubscribe if this would be resolved because I truly do love the items and themes.
I received three boxes from Stoney Babe and really enjoyed their products. So much that I renewed the subscription for May through July. I received the May box but as of August 1st, I have not received the June or July boxes. I have sent three messages to the Stoney Babe sellers, and I have not received ANY response. They have not lived up to the commitment they made which is very disappointing. There are other smoking boxes on Crate Joy, I think I will try one of those instead.

It seems we're not getting all of the emails Cratejoy sends, and in some cases, the responses are not being delivered back to the customer via Cratejoy. Stoney babe has lousy customer service. They haven't figured out how to respond. They are very late with the shipments, and like to act like they didn't get your money. I paid for July's shipment in June, and have yet to receive it. I also paid for August's shipment ahead of time. Stoney babe needs to figure how to ship in a timely manner, or stop taking people's money for a shipment that doesn't happen.
That being said, I absolutely love the boxes. I am happy with all the boxes I have received. I do not have a problem with the boxes. They are unique, wonderful, and cool all at once.

As a small company, with only a couple staff, we typically have a 24-48 hour response time on emails, but we do work through them as fast as we can, however we are sorry our response time hasn’t met your expectations. Welp, it's been almost 2 months and I still haven't received anything. I tried messaging the seller to ask for an update and no response. This seems to be an issue from reading other reviews as well. I'm still keeping my hopes up and we'll see if it shows up at some point. When/if it does, I'll update my review.

I ordered June 7 for three month subscription for the July box. I have been in contact with the seller multiple times. Asking constantly on the status, not being a Karen just curious what was going on. It’s the 25th and still not have seen a tracking number or anything just that my box is being made. I get stuff happens but please inform how much longer the wait is.

I was so sad about how my mother's day went. But when I received my stoney babe box itcheered me up so much! Thank you for making this monthly subscription box for us! I will be a costumer forever. This is month 4 for me!

I was planning on being a monthly subscriber if I enjoyed the box as others said they did. Placed my order mid June and it was supposed to ship between the 1-8th of July. I was also going to be charged again for another month on July 11th (today) before even recieving my first box - considering the seller didn't respond to any of my questions about this (after many days of waiting for a response) and still hasn't even shipped my box, I cancelled. I'm sitting here wondering if I'm even going to get it at all. Really disappointed
The box is supposed to ship between the 1st and the 8th it's now the 16th and it's still not on it's way. This is the 2nd month in a row this has been an issue. Really thinking about taking my money elsewhere.
Always love almost everything in each box I've gotten. And this Anime Bae box was extra epic. I will use everything but the roller, and I'm sure my GF will take and use it. The pipe is a gorgeous color and looks well made. The hemp wraps smell delicious. And being as I am a fan of Sailor moon, I love all the Stoned Sailor Moon merch!
Shawna goes above and beyond every order that she packages and you can definitely tell! This is her passion and she really loves doing it! She is such a sweet and amazing woman and everything that i have bought from her and have received in my boxes i have been extremely happy and been IN LOVE with !
