Ordered this as a gift back in December and it's never been delivered! Would not reccomend!
I bought this subscription for my son at Xmas of last year. I assumed he was getting the product, as I received emails stating the products were being sent out etc. When I discussed it with him after a few months, he told me he hadn't received it. I have sent emails requesting this to be resolved and I have not received any response on this. Horrible customer service and I believe that this box is a scam! Do not order it.......
Paid a 3 month subscription and it was charged on my card. Cancelled and never received a box or a credit. Emailed twic... nothing
Sent an email to create joy to ask for a reimbursement and it was supposed to be taken care of and I still haven’t seen a box or a reimbursement on the now expired credit card save yourself the grief and do not I repeat do not order this I tried to cancel this when I saw the reviews but it was too late they build it right away. This experience alone is making me question whether or not I will be keeping any of my subscriptions through the service because nothing was resolved and it is still available on their site
I waited months, nothing, contacted seller, nothing, emailed them directly; with that I recieved about 3 emails telling me they contacted the seller, received nothing,and now waiting. I haven't gotten a refund and every now and then I get an email saying something along the lines of: by waiting longer you are saying the problem has been felt with and everything is good...I keep telling them no. This is so aggravating

I was so excited when I can across this subscription for the hubby. I have two other subscriptions through crate joy and are thrilled with them so I purchased one as a gift for my guy. Prepaid for 3 months and waited till an entire month has passed....nothing. I have tried to contact seller multiple times to no avail. However the seller had no problem taking my money 3 days after the order was placed. It appears I am not the only unsatisfied customer. CRATE JOY HELP US PLEASE.
I have paid for a box for my husband for March and April and renewed on the 15th of April and still have not received a box and when contacting CS I got no response and I have contacted them on numerous occasions and still no response to my request for either my money back or the 3 boxes I've paid for. I sent another email, this would be the 4th time sending it and have yet to get a response from them about why I haven't received anything yet. I feel scamed!😣😤😭
Although the product was fine I cancelled in November through Cratejoy and received the confirmation that it was cancelled and then received notice I was being charged for a December package. I attempted to respond to the email saying I had cancelled and received no response and was charged. I then went and cancelled again receiving confirmation again - including confirmation saying the December package was cancelled. I then attempted to contact the seller through Cratejoy - the only option given being email through the site iteself, and received no response again. The charge has not been returned. Will be disputing the charge with my bank as that is apparently the only option available for me.
I am enfuriated and disappointed with the styled man box, I subscribed a few weeks ago and never received my first package just a tracking # which has no activity. I emailed them, they said they will look into it and has not answer subsequent emails. Now I received my email letting me know this month's package is on the way, will see. Canceling
Q: Am I the only one that has been ripped off by the scam I haven’t received a darn thing and I paid for three months it’s been several months and I still haven’t seen a box or an email from them please let me know if there are others I did see some of the reviews but I didn’t see if they were ever resolvedAsked by Jennifer J., June 2019
