First box in Dec/Jan was late, but understandable with the holidays. Would have liked more communication as to when it was shipped, etc. But other than that, it was a fun gift with good variety at a reasonable price.
One of the three boxes ordered never arrived, and the two that did were quite delayed. Seller reports one box contained two months’ worth of subscription despite both boxes containing the same amount of items.
I ordered this box on December 1st in hopes it would arrive for Christmas. It is now February 10th and I have yet to see a box. Tried to contact sellers and they did not answer my questions regarding a shipping timeline. Poor customer service, terrible ordering/shipping practice. Would not recommend.
Hey there ! So sorry for the delay . We don’t have any emails from you . We would have replied back . We have told our customers there’s a big delay due to Covid 19 staff shortages.
We woulda sent anther box out asap if it wasn’t received .
Unfortunately you giving us a 1 star will affect our small business .
Ps . A lot of our customers have gotten the packages last week and this week
Messaged them twice about the tracking number not working, no response. Ordered end of November Said it was supposed to be shipped by begining of December and now i have no idea where it is or if it’ll be here for Christmas. Never ordered from this site again.
