I needed to leave a review just because of the amazing extra mile these folks went to get the box delivered. Due to covid we ended up bringing another student home with our son over winter break. As I suddenly had another kid for Christmas, I had to get creative. I ordered this box for our accidental Covid-exchange student to be shipped to the school. The young man in question goes by a nickname and I didn't think twice before ordering it under that name. The school, however, became confused. However, these amazing SweetsBox folks took it upon themselves to help the school track down the young man using my name as the orderer -- honestly, I haven't run into very many companies willing to work so hard to fix someone else's mistake. Thank you! Will absolutely be ordering again!
Who would know if its any good? I've been charged twice still have not recieved my first month. Terrible service. I was also told that it took extra long for my order to get across the border....except I'm in Canada and you state you ship from Canada.. If you read some other reviews they give that excuse to Americans. Signing up for this box has done nothing but give me junk mail from cratejoy. Thanks for a miserable experience.
UPDATE****order was placed March 19 its now May 5th 2021 and I still have not received anything. Been charged for a second box tho. Great service.....if you want to disappoint someone get them sweets box.
I know we have spoken through email, but I wanted to make sure that I reached out on here as well. We unfortunately had our order held up at UPS at the border. We import a lot of our candy which is how we can be unique. Unfortunately what is usually a few days turned out to be 4 weeks. I know we did get a new supplier in the interim and are able to ship out this week. Again we are terribly sorry about the delay but we did make an extra amazing box for April that I think you're going to love.
was bought for my Nephew for Christmas just received his first box 2 months later spend over $200.00 with shipping and it is everyday candy. Never again
Sorry to hear that you didn't like the box. We ship out the 5th of every month so if you ordered in December, your first box would have gone out in January. As we ship from Canada we do require a little more time to get across the boarder as well.

It showed I would be getting a beverage with the box... none inside... was very disappointed with the items as it was things I could get at dollar-store for maybe 10$. Very expensive for what you get.
I just recieved my first box (halloween box) and I am very happy with it! Lots of fun candy that I would probably have a hard time finding nearby, everything was carefully packaged and the box is very appealing, candy packages are full of bright colors. I checked the price of all the candy and I think its a good bang for your buck. I would recommend this box to everyone, give it a try, you wont be disappointed :)

Just wanted to say thanks to Crate Joy for listing such an amazing candy box company on their site! I ordered my first box last month and it was awesome! I was SUPER dad when the kids came home from school and opened their SWEETSBOX, it was a huge hit in our household! Can't wait for next month!
