Subscribed for 15 days

I was impressed by how quickly the first box arrived, but disappointed when I opened it. The tie was not a great choice for me, but that wasn't a big deal. I know you roll the dice with these subscriptions and I was open to seeing what came in the next shipment.
Unfortunately, the socks came out of the box with a large hole in the toe. I contacted the seller, who responded within a day and told me that a replacement would be shipped out. It's a week later now and I haven't received a replacement or a notice that one has shipped.
I plan to get one more box from this seller, and then decide whether or not to cancel.
Update (2/4/23): I was contacted by the seller and told that my replacement socks would arrive this week. I did receive a sealed envelope from Spiffster, but unfortunately, there was nothing in it. I've now canceled my subscription.
