I can’t think of many pros so here are the major cons: poorly packaged (items thrown into a box that was way too large with no packing paper/peanuts; neither the first nor second box were taped - not sure how all the contents arrived); over priced for what you get; “hand crafted” items are um... my 6yo grandson can make better; neither meditation CD plays properly; DOES NOT REPLY TO MESSAGES (not even when CrateJoy gets involved); never sent the third shipment (CrateJoy issued a refund).
