I wish I could review this box; FedEx had been 'pending' for over a month. Shipping issues happen, I get it, but if you're a startup you need to focus on customer service. It's paramount.
I've written 4 times now to the seller and zero response. It's too bad. Such a good idea for a subscription but so poorly served. Even if the package comes, at this point, I'll look for a different subscription next time and sing recommend this. Sorry.
*Updating. A week after writing this the box came. Things look nice I hope my wife will enjoy it. Not sure if this is the original package or my initial review got things moving but happy to have it.
Absolute junk. Waited over a month to receive my box. It had a broken coffee mug, a loose bar of soap (no wrapper) that left soap all over the loose tea bags and everything else in the box. I could have bought this stuff at the dollar store and it would have been in better condition. There was no makeup or anything useful in this box.
I had to change the number of stars I have in order to get Cratejoy to post this review. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.
We are very sorry about the poor service with our February box. We learned a lot about how to better package and present our products and will be improving for the upcoming months.
