The box was decent enough but delivery was horrible. I was charged on October 6th and no box was delivered that month. I was charged again on November 17th and that order was delivered on December 6th. I was then charged again on December 11th and no box was delivered. So one out of three times I was charged the order was actually shipped. And it was a gift!! Go to the store or order from someone reliable!

Hi! I was reading your review and noticed there just must have been some miscommunication. We're sorry your experience wasn't what you hoped! Our goal is that you're happy with the products and experience. While I was reading this review I noticed you were charged on 10/6 but didn't receive a box. We shipped our October boxes out 10/4, so you would have been set up to receive our bi-monthly box for the December Box, which we ship on the the fourth, so your receiving the box 12/6 would have been correct. It looks like on our records indicate that a 1/2 box was requested since the gift wouldn't be renewing. We shipped that out as well. ...

Save your $. This box is a rip off. If you sense anger in this review it is because I trust sellers to not throw a few samples in a box and sell it. In my first box there was three tea bags, six sucking candies, two honey sticks, a lip balm, a bottle of "Plague Defence", a package of 20 throat lozenges. I would like my $ back with a full refund.

The box was filled with full size and sample products. I was really impressed! I always received everything earlier than expected. I love that they allow for monthly payments, which makes the cost easier on my budget. They're not kidding when they say the value is over $50! I also, love the bi-monthly system they have. It is the perfect amount of time for me to use my products before needing more. It makes me look forward to the next box! Many of the products can't be found in the store so they are like little hidden treasures! I love them! Easily worth the money!
